Pre-Inspectionion - We will inspect your particular areas of concern as well as noting
carpet construction and soiling conditions. We will also inform you of any possible permanent
staining that exist.
Pretreatment - Traffic areas are pretreated with special agents that breakdown and
suspend the more difficult highly soiled areas for easier removal.
Pre-spotting - For the most difficult spots, we have a wide variety of professional
spotting agents that are designed not to damage your fabrics or alter original color for a
more effective spot removal.
Agitation - This is done with a carpet brush or rake, the carpet will be physically brush to
allow for even distribution of the cleaning detergents to enhance the suspension of soil.
Soil Extraction & Rinse - Once the soil is suspended and loosened, it will be physically
removed with our hot water extraction machine also known as a steam cleaning that will
thoroughly rinse the carpet pile. Pressure and heat are reulated so that your carpet is never
over-wet.
Post Spot Treatment - If any spots are not removed during the cleaning process,
specialy spotting techniques are employed after the thorough cleaning has been preformed.
Note: Premanent stains that have been identified in the pre-inspection may be in fact be
permanent.
Grooming - Your carpet will be pre-groomed with a carpet groomer to setting the nap
with the appropriate brush or groomer this aids in drying and the appearance.
