  • Agitation -This is necessary to allow for even distribution of the cleaning detergents to enhance
    the suspension of soil.

  • Soil Extraction – Once the soil is suspended, we physically remove the soil with a hot water
    extraction machine, (sometimes incorrectly referred to as “steam cleaning” (no steam is actually
    used), hot water extraction involves the use of a stream of highly heated water to force dirt and
    soil out of the carpet while a vacuum whisks it away).

  • Grooming – Setting the nap with the appropriate brush or groomer.  Aids in drying and
    appearance and distribution of post-cleaning treatments such as Teflon Carpet Protector.
