inspection where we look for fading, discolouration, stains, wear, pre-existing damage,
colour instability and odours. We determine to what extent each rug can be cleaned and
the appropriate, gentle cleaning procedure to be used.
As a general rule, all Fine Rugs are soaked in a colourfast solution of salts and minerals
for maximum pre-conditioning and later cleaned using the appropriate extraction or dry
cleaning specifically tailored for your rug.
